신입생 여러분의 원활한 대학원 생활을 돕기 위해 주요 학사 제도를 안내해 드립니다.

This guide provides key academic policies to support your successful graduate studies.

1. 대학원 교육목적 및 과정 안내(Educational Objectives and Programs)

■ 복지산업대학원

복지산업 분야의 체계적 지식을 연구·교수하여 지역사회 발전에 기여할 고급 인력 양성

Welfare Industry Graduate School

Trains advanced professionals contributing to regional development in the welfare industry

(석사과정 운영, Master’s program only)

2. 수강신청 및 이수학점(Course Registration and Credits)

■ 학기당 수강 가능 학점

- 석사과정: 매학기 6학점, Master’s: up to 6 credits per semester

- 승인 시 3학점 추가 가능, Up to +3 credits allowed with Dean’s approval

■ 과정별 수료 학점

- 석사(논문): 24학점 (논문연구 3학점 포함)

 Master’s (Thesis): 24 credits (incl. 3 research credits)

- 석사(학점): 30학점, Master’s (Coursework): 30 credits

■ 보충과목

- 전공이 다른 경우 보충과목 이수 (석사 9학점)

 Supplementary Courses required if major differs (Master: 9)

 ※ 수료학점에는 미포함, Not counted toward graduation credits

3. 성적 및 출석 관리(Grades and Attendance)

■ 이수 기준

- C0(2.0) 이상 취득, Minimum grade: C0 (2.0)

- 전체 평점 3.0 이상, Required GPA: 3.0 or higher

- 출석 3/4 이상, Attendance: at least 75%

■ 학점포기 제도

- 석사: 6학점, Master: up to 6 credits

4. 지도교수 위촉 및 논문 지도(Advisor Appointment and Thesis)

■ 위촉 시기

- 1~2학기 말 지정, Assigned at the end of 1st or 2nd semester

■ 논문연구

- 석사: 최종학기, Master’s: final semester

■ 지도교수 변경

- 기존/변경 교수 상담 후 신청, Consult both current and new advisors before change

5. 장학금 제도(Scholarship System)

■ 연구장학

성적 3.0 이상 시 수업료 일부 감면, Research Scholarship (GPA ≥ 3.0)

■ 면학장학

재직자 대상 장학, Academic Scholarship for employees/public officials

■ 동명장학

입학금 전액 면제, Tongmyong Scholarship (full admission fee waiver)

6. 휴·복학 및 자퇴(Leave / Return / Withdrawal)

■ 휴학

- 1회 최대 2학기, Leave: max 2 semesters per request

- 총 4학기 / 통합 8학기, Total: 4 semesters / Integrated: 8 semesters

■ 복학

- 1월말 / 7월말, Return: late January / late July

- 미복학 시 제적, Failure to return → dismissal

■ 자퇴

포털 신청 + 지도교수 상담, Withdrawal via portal + advisor consultation

7. 신입생 유의사항(Important Notes)

- 수강신청 및 등록 일정 준수, Follow registration schedule

- 지도교수 확인, Confirm advisor assignment

- 성적 및 출석 관리, Maintain grades and attendance

- 학사공지 확인, Check academic notices regularly
